BEACH James Arthur Penfold; ENG; c. 1890 James Arthur Penfold Beach appeared in London in about 1890 following an argument with his family. They are reputed to have been Fruit growers/Orchard owners/Jam manufacturers emanating from somewhere in the west country. (from a Londoners point of view).
