PALMER John; Bristol and Devon, ENG; 1800-1900 John Palmer was born in Bedminster Bristol. He was the son of Henry and Mahala Palmer (no marriage or anything else found about them). John later moved to Twitchen Devon where he married and as far as I know remained for the rest of his life. At least two of his sons, John jnr. and Samuel moved to Liverpool.
