CHAPPUT / MARTELL; QC,CAN; 1816- Can anyone give me the following, please? * Parents and birth date and place of Joseph CHAPPUT. From the family Bible I have, b. 6 Aug. 1816, m. 1 Aug. 1853 (or 1863), d. 26 Nov. 1885. Not shown is where any of this occurred. All it says for the first two events is "Canada" and the place of death is not listed at all. As for the marriage date, I am inclined to believe the earlier date is correct as by the later date they had produced five of their six children! I would also very much like to find out where they were married. * Parents and birth date and place of Josephine MARTELL, wife of Joseph. >From the family Bible I got: b. 8 Feb. 1829, m. 1 Aug. 1853 (1863).
