STRONG Caroline; UK; c. 1850-1900 I'm trying to find out about this lady who owned a book (Flowers of the Field) in which she made numerous entries of where and on what date each plant was seen. She appears to have been based mainly along the south coast - between Bognor and westwards to Cornwall but also there are many entries for a place called Killeaden in Ireland. She was obviously very interested and knowledgable on the subject of botany and I'd be very pleased to hear if anyone has any suggestions regarding her. Jan Orys jan.orys@which.net
