Please take me off this and : all other list you may have me on!! Ony you know what lists you are subscribed to. For each one of them (look at the headers of the message to learn that) you need to send a message to the listname-request@rootsweb.com (where listname is SURNAMES-IRELAND-M, perhaps) with a one-line message saying unsubscribe You will have to do that for each list you subscribed to.
