LAPPER Charles; OXF,ENG; 1880- CHARLES LAPPER was abandoned by his father ALFRED LAPPER after the death of Charles' mother HANNAH along with maybe eleven siblings according to family lore. Charles born Little Chesterton, Oxfordshire on 27 February, 1880 was placed in a Workhouse. Where can I find details of a likely Oxfordshire Workhouse, and where would I look for their records?.
