PERRY Mary Caroline; AR,USA; c. 1861-1894 Looking for information on the family of Mary Caroline PERRY (probably called Caroline) who was born in Arkansas c1861 and married Lewis Marion WHITE in Washington County, Arkansas, on 15 June 1878. Caroline is said to have died on the way to Oklahoma, which would probably have been in the early 1890s. (Before her daughter married there in 1894.) There is a family story that Caroline was part Cherokee. (I know, grain of salt...) She does not say where her parents were from in the 1880 census.
