POWELL Rachel; VA,USA?>NC,USA; m. 1769 Looking for information on parents and siblings of Rachel POWELL who married William BLAND probably around 1769. Their (known) children were William and James. The family was of Duplin County, North Carolina. Husband William was probably from Virginia, but I don't know where they met and married. My line is through James.
