WALKER Robert Pollard / SWEET Blanche; Bristol,GLS,ENG; 1907- Hi everyone, I am trying to trace descendants of the above family with a view to establishing links with the family my grandfather left in England when he emigrated to Australia. He gave the following address as his next-of-kin when he enlisted in the Australian Army in 1914. The address given was: Mrs. R. Walker Rockby (or Rockly) Place Kingswood Bristol My grandfather's name was Isaac William SWEET, and Blanche was one of his younger sisters. My research to date shows me that Blanche married Robert Pollard Cameron WALKER in 1907, and had three children - Ronald Cameron, Betty and Robert William. For whatever reason he did not seem to maintain contact with the U.K. after arriving in Queensland, Australia. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
