Re: HAWKINS Wm; OXF,ENG; -1784 Its pretty ironic that your message should come up today....only today I came across a site in Austalia of a chap that has a Henrietta HAWKINS who was born in Merton, Oxfordshire in 1814...her father was William HAWKINS and her mother Sophia HARTIN. I too have a Mary HAWKINS who was born in Oxfordshire who married a Thomas REYNOLDS in Piddington, Oxfordshire in 1834....Wooton, Merton and Piddington are located only a few miles from one another.
