DOUGHERTY, Wm. Joseph; Baltimore, MD,USA; c. 1870 Wm Joseph Dougherty Sr. was married to Mary Josephene O'Flaherty. They had two sons, Edward Joseph b 1898 and Wm Joseph Jr. b 12 Jun 1901.
