CANAVAN William Henry; Chicago, IL,USA; 1876- I'm looking for any info (especially a birth certificate) for William Henry Canavan, my great-grandfather. I have a birth date for him of 6/26/1876 in Chicago. William was orphaned as a toddler. William rarely mentioned his birth family once he was adopted out of the orphanage by a half sister when William was in seventh grade.
