THATCHER, Phoebe; Kinver, Staffordshire, ENG; 1830-1924 Phoebe (KINDON) THATCHER was born 23 January 1830, in Kinver, Staffordshire, England. She married Richard THATCHER on 22 November 1852 at St Peter's Church, Kinver, England. They both resided at Stewponey before the wedding. John THOMAS & Eliza KINDON were witnesses to this wedding. They came to America in 1887. Phoebe left two sisters in England, Elizabeth and Jane.
