GEIST Christine; Stuttgart, WUE,DEU; 1880-1920 Hello to all, Could anyone give me an idea of where to begin looking for these folks who were living in Stuttgart in the summer of 1914. Christine GEIST married on November 30, 1907 a man whose first name was Otto, but I do not know his last name. However, they lived at 75 Bismarck Street in Stuttgart in 1914. They had a daughter named Alice who was born in 1910. Otto was in the wool business, working for Herr FRY and Herr REISS. Christine was born May 7, 18?? and Otto was born Feb. 19, 18??. Otto was called to serve in the Army and he was in the Regiment of Queen Olga, 13th Corps, 51st Brigade, Company 2, but was changed to Company 5. He reported for duty in Stuttgart on Saturday August 8, 1914. Because their was a shortage of uniforms, he trained in Stuttgart during the day and was home at night, except when he was on guard duty. Otto's parents were living in Frankfort in 1914. Some other relatives of Christine's were: REIBER, Gustov and Elisa, married June 8, 1904, living in Pforzheim in 1914. Children were Anna, Ella, Hans, Gretel. KRAUTH, Wilhelm and Maria GEIST, married March 1910, daughter Clara. GEIST, Wilhelm and Louisa, lived in Dillstein in 1914, son Wilhelm. HINKEL, Franz and Caroline GEIST, children were Eugun, Rudolph, Lena. Thank you for any help you can give me to begin finding more information about these folks. Donna jensmom@swbell.net
