As I have a ggggrandfather who was a George TELFORD, farmer, married Mary HODGERS. Their son George TELFORD was born in Co Cavan Ireland c 1833 & married Isabella MOORE in Co Cavan, Ireland 15 Oct 1858. They came to Australia c 1864 with there six children and settled in Narrabri, NSW. Is the change of name possible, or just a huge coincidence?
