TIPPER,James; Scropton,DBY,ENG; 1862 James Tipper was my maternal Great grandfather born 10 Mar 1862 in Scropton in south Derbyshire. His parents were George Tipper and Harriet Wilson. He was married on 6th June 1881 in Swadlincote, Derbyshire to Mary Ann Walton who came from Tideswell. They had at least 4 children and possibly more. Matt Holmes <mholmes@perthpcug.org.au>
