My wifes grandmother was a Clara Teasdale. We are trying to research her family. All known relatives are now dead. EWe know she came from South East London-probably Eltham or Greenwich and that her family may have been market gardeners. There is also a possibility that one of the familky later became Mayor of Brighton. Clara Teasdale married Albert Chapman. She would have been born in or around the 1870's or early 80's.
