RUDDY; DOW,NIR; 1830- Hi Researching my RUDDY line of Newry, Co. Down, N. Ireland. My g-grandmother, Mary Ann RUDDY was b. 22Mar1881 Newry, Co. Down. She married Thomas C. KEARNS 15Apr1909 in St. Patrick's cathedral(?) Newry. She died 1947 in London. Her father was Patrick RUDDY, a ship's engineer who died in a shipwreck c. 1902. His father was Thomas RUDDY, son of Thomas RUDDY. Mary Ann, my g-greatgrandmother was the oldest child of Patrick RUDDY. Her siblings were: Patrick: died c. 1940, Linenhall Sq. Newry. He married Elizabeth Hughes.
