I know the IGI details should be taken with a pinch of salt but one has to start somewhere. James was married on 3rd September 1821 in Bakewell to Hannah Bagshaw. His parents were, again according to the IGI, Thomas Goodwin and Eunice Smith. James and Hannah had 5 children; Diana 17.10.1821 Solomon 01.07.1824 Rosannah 02.03.1827 Sarah 04.10.1829 (my 3x G grandmother m. GRINSELL John; B'ham, WAR,ENG; 1800- Please anyone, anywhere who has an interest in the names GRINSELL! Stuck on a JOHN GRINSELL born Birmingham, Warwickshire, England in 1845 - cannot find his birth certificate. He married Ellen BRADLEY in 1865. There is also a 'link' name of LOCKETT.
