    3. ALBUM; ENG; 1600- The LDS Church Collections on www.familysearch.org show data about several people with the surname ALBUM in England. The oldest record is from ca 1608. I wonder if there are anyone who has collected data about this family. I am researching the ALBUM family in Norway. My oldest records are from 1699. There might be connections. 3. ELY; DEU>DNK; 1600 I'm looking for information about the Ely family in Germany. The first known is Bendiderich Ely, born ca. 1647, who was a soldier for the danish king and "foreign potentants" in the second half of the 1600ds. His father was a sea captain in the danish marines for 26 years. Bendiderich and/or his father has probably come to Denmark from Germany. And possibly from England before that. Any hints will be greatly appreciated. -- Vennlig hilsen Per Helge Seglsten "Per Helge Seglsten" <[email protected]>
