BERGIN; KIK,IRL; 1850-1900 We are trying to trace the ancestors of my wife's grandmother, Annie Bergin, who was born in Ballysaggarts, in Ireland (we believe in Kilkenny). She emigrated to England and was working at 156, Strand (as a servant) wehn she married John Baker in 1881 at Strand Reg, Office. Annie's father was Joseph Bergin who we believe died before 1881 - we do not know whether he emigrated. Any ideas for finding Annies birth and/or family would be welcome. Cheers, Peter Byford "Peter Byford" <pgb@bcs.org.uk>
