I'd take the name for what it is 'Welcom' and that they probably didn't know how to spell it correctly. I've never seen the name in my lines, but that doesn't mean anything. I've got the name Reliance, Archelaus, Bethsheba...........seen the name Deliverance and some others that are really (to us anyway) bizarre!
