She died in 1899 in Metcalfe Co, Ky when my grandmother was 4. She was never given much info about her mother. No death records available. Josephine married Evan D. Frogge in Clay Co Tn on 1 Nov 1891 and returned to his home in Ky. She was his 2nd wife. She is not in any Ky or Tn census. I am hoping this name is familiar to someone out there who is willing and able to share info.
