I'm trying to find out the location of my grandfather's birth place and where I might be able to find a birth certificate. Jimerson Marvin LaGrone was born there May 17, 1879. I don't know parents, but there has been a book written about the LaGrones - French Hugenots who came from Luxemburg to N.C. Can anybody help me with any of this?
