Exact location unknown.. He had six sons: Evan b. abt 1806 TN, Samuel b. abt 1806TN, John Harris b. 6/18/1807 TN, TYPE or TYRE b. abt 1815 TN, James b. 1820 TN and Jeffery b. 1821 KY. Dont know who Samuel's wife or parents were. Sure would like to find them. John married Ellen or Elenor Cannon abt 1830 possibly in IN and they had the following children: William, b. 12/21/1831 in Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN, Evan, Sharlott, Simeon/Simon, Mary "Molly", Charity, Rebecca, and John;all born in IN. Mary, Charity, Rebecca, and John were born in Dade Co., MO. If you think this is a link to your research, please let me hear from you. My grandmother, Mary Edna Harris was born in Roger, Benton Co., AR in 1876. She married George Edward Lewis in 1896. They were living in OK Terr. in 1897, when their first child was born.
