Amy, Atlanta is mostly in Fulton County and the Southeastern ( sort of) is in DeKalb County. On the outskirts south is Clayton, east is Rockdale and North is Gwinnett (where I live) and West will probably be Cobb County. I am close to the Buford County Library and could find anything you wanted to know about Atlanta. If you were the one asking about cemeteries, the oldest in Atlanta is the Oakland Cemetery where Margaret Mitchell is buried.
