James Kitchen born 1749 in Isle of Wight Co., VA m. Jane Patterson, Jan. 10, 1780 at Fort Savannah, VA. They had the following children: William, John, Andrew, Mary Alice, and Sarah Elizabeth John Kitchen b. Jan. 3, 1782 in VA. m. Sarah J. Murphy in 1804 in VA. John died in 1863 and Sarah in 1865. They had the following children: Elizabeth, Leer, James, Alexander, John, Sarah, George, William, Nancy, Nehemiah, Murphy, and Polly. Nehemiah Kitchen born April 13, 1825 in Lawrence co., KY m. Martha Jane (Patty) Fannin Dec. 1846. They had the following children: James, John, Sarah, Nancy, Julia, Martha, Rachel, David, Lear, Lafayette. James Kitchen b. Jan. 15, 1851 in KY m. Matilda Hensley in 1870 in KY. They had the following children: Mason, John Wesley, Cecil, Mary, William, Sarah, James, Evelyn, and Everett. Cecil Kitchen b. Oct 10 1875 in KY m. Josiephine Mosley in 1901 in KY.. They had the following children: Herman, Bessie, Ballard, Dovie, David, Buena Vista, Dorothy and Buelah.
