Hi, My name is Barb and I am no computer wiz either, in fact I don't use a computer, I have a little black box that hooks to my TV and it is just great. When they mean the signature box, usually in the setup file it asks if you want to sign your letters and then it gives you a box to type how you want to end your letters.
