I'm searching for information on Edminster MOOR and wife Catherine ? of Mt. Bethel, Somerset Co., NJ. Edminster died in Mt. Bethel in 1798. He and Catherine had the following children: Joseph (2), Gershom, Ann, John, Rachel, Reuben, Levi, Jesse and Lydia. (2) Joseph MOOR was born 1751 in Mt. Bethel and died in that same town in 1830. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War and married Rachel TUCKER. They had the following children: Mary (Polly) married Ephraim PENNINGTON; Henry (adopted); Ruth Elizabeth married John STITES; Elizabeth married Samuel POPE; Rhoda married Marvin LINCOLN; Susan married Samuel GILES; and Jacob.
