Emily, Hi there I am a LaGrone from Texas and I don't think you will be able to find a birth certif. for Jimerson Marvin LaGrone because the state didn't require them until about 1900. The next best thing is to look for his death certif. It may list his parent's and his place of birth. Hope you have good luck.
