Would really like some help from anyone in Sweden, or that knows anything about finding information in Sweden. My grandfather, Erick Magnus Forsberg, was born in Sweden in 1861 (I think the date is April 12). According to the copy I have of his marriage certificate he was born in Syndersval but I have been told this should probably be Sundsvall. His parents names were Johan and Britie Forsberg. The story I have been told is that grandpa came over to the U.S. in 1882 when he was disowned by his family for religious differences, so I know nothing about his family in Sweden and would really like to find out if I still have relatives there. He may have had a sister Mathilda, but that is all the information I have. If anyone could please help me find out any more I would be very grateful. DianeAbra@aol.com
