I am looking for any information on JAMES H. FLATT, b. Scotland , c 1830-31. He went to Ontario, Canada as a young man. The 1871 Ontario census lists him as a farmer, born in Scotland. He married MATILDA LOVILA CAMPBELL (or Lovila Matilda Camkpbell, I've seen it both ways) in Canada. She was born in Canada of Scottish descent. They had at least five sons who came to the U.S.. One of the boys wrote a book about their journey, and I would love to get my hands on that book. One of the sons, ORMAND BODINE FLATT, was my great grandfather. He was born January 29, 1861 in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and settled in Sadorus Co., Illinois. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Michele Kilmer
