Susan, Would you do a huge favor for me and check the 1855 Ulster Co, NY census for Thomas Jefferson LOWE b. 1841 in Ulster Co? He is my ggrandfather and I can't locate his parents. I ordered it from the LDS, but the copy was so bad I couldn't read it. I will be glad to pay for copying and postage.
