Heather I have Phillip Heinrich Becker who immigrated from Prussia(or Bavaria) about 1850 with his wife Mary Carherine Elizabeth(Cline or Kline) and then 4 children to NY then to Portsmouth Oh. OnMarch 24, 1855 he was naturalized in Jackson Co., Oh. and changed his name to Philip Henry Baker. He and his family then moved to Saline Co., Il. He and Mary eventually had nine children. They were: 1. Henry 2. Fred 3. Elizabeth 4. Jacob All born in Germany 5. John 6. Lewis 7. Peter 8. Charley 9. Margaret Phillip was my 2nd G-grandfather. Could this line and yours possibly connect?
