Seeking parents of Philip Marshall. He was born about 1770 in Maryland. Philip married Margaret Pitts in Kentucky about 1795. They moved to Preble County, Ohio between 1812 and 1823. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks. John Socwell jsoc@sprintmail.com
