I have very limited info on my father's line. 1. Samuel LUDINGTON wife Sarah (1827?) . Sarah had Lafayette when she was 17 yr. old and when he was 2 yrs. old (Oct.9, 1846) she married William KEMPLIN in Niles, Berrien Co., Mi. She had several more children with him. She died sometime after the 1860 census. 2. Lafayette LUDINGTON (1844?) wife Eunice. He died in Creston,Iowa. Children:1. Arthur 2. Annie 3. Isaac (buried in Lormer, IA) 4. Mae 5. John 6.Daniel (moved to Col.) 7.Samuel 3. Samuel LUDDINGTON ( note he used 2 'd's ) born 1878 and died 1944, wife Ellen CONNORS (b.1882 in Ireland?-d.1952 in Creston, Iowa) Children:1. Helen Eunice b. 1908 Creston,IA - died 1972 Creston, IA 2. Paul b.Feb. 27,1914 Creston, IA-died March 8, 1990 Des Moines, IA 3. Leo Stephen (my father) b.
