I am confused about how to get a given article from the surname list. I thought that the instructions said to reply to "SURNAME-I-request" and type in the body of the letter on the words "get message /28179". But apparently I am wrong. I have tried several times to get the message # 28179 on the Carr surname. But, I get responses saying that the records are private and not available. So, I typed a message to another address...I think it was SURNAME-L-request. I get a message saying that I am not doing this right. PLEASE HELP ME. I just don't understand the different addresses and list instructions. I simply want to read the article posted last week (?) about the Carr Surname. I think it was #28179. Thanks for your help.
