Seeking any information on Josephine Adeline RAILEY who married Evan D. Frogge 1 Nov 1891 in Clay Co Tn. She returned with her husband to his home in Ky and died there ca 1899. My family has been looking for information about Josephine, her parents or siblings for many years. She died when my grandmother was 4 years old and for some reason, my grandmother was never given information about her. Death certificates for 1899 were destroyed by fire so that avenue was closed to us. She is not listed on any census for 1880 in the area. The newspaper for that area didn't keep copies of the paper until the 40's, so I'm unable to look for an obituary. I could go on and on about all the places I've checked only to come away empty handed. I'm sure that many of you have had the same experience.
