Richard JACKSON b 1565 in Killingwold Grove or Killingroves England which is wsw of Beverely in Bishop Burton Parish, Yorkshire m Ursula HIL(D)YARD d 1602. Their son, Anthony, was Secretary to Prime Minister George VILLIERS and Anthony was knighted 1650 for his service to Charles I and II. I am interested in info concerning the area (Maps, etc) as well as who Anthony's wife was. Does anyone know of a library/librarian/historian in the Beverley area to whom I might write, e-mail or snail mail, that would be interested in history/genealogy correspondence?
