You have to put "request" in the title to unsubscribe, i.e. Surname-query-l-request@rootsweb.com or Surname-query-d-request@rootsweb.com. Put unsubscribe on the message line and the only word in the body of the message. If you are subscribed to the DIGEST use the "D" form in place of "L". M.
