Does anyone know about the descendants/ancestors of ELIAS BEAUCHAMP the nationalist who was one of the two assassins of Colonel E. Francis Riggs. The assassination took place on February 23, 1936 at San Juan, Puerto Rico. The articles published in The New York Times on this event do not contain any personal information on Elias. I have a line of Beauchamps in my genealogy and I am trying to determine whether or not Elias was related. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Julia jms139@aol.com
