Oh dear, Ed. Those who join lists should have the common courtesy to read the instructions - Melvin was being very helpful, and our esteemed list owner made a mild mannered ironic comment. That's all. Perhaps this is the problem - irony is not best understood in all parts of the world! Best to leave it there and perhaps to leave the list if you disagree with the owner. Bear in mind that these people spend many, many valuable hours in making these facilities available for us all - having to spend time subscribing and unsubscribing for those who don't read the instructions is a burden that should not arise, and I for one say a heartfelt thanks to Sgt George and all the list owners.
