With any list there is differing opinions regarding the topics, people joining a list do read the Welcome messages, however, they may only read it once or twice and not read it many time like some of the "Oldies." New people do have a lot to offer to any list, sometimes bringing new information. If the "Oldies" could be more supportative of the new people, more people would share information, instead of lurking with valuable information. I understand that Sgt. George does provide a valuable service, but it is a bit intimidating to offer information, when it seems like the "Oldies" think that us "Newbies" don't know anything. Thank you for reading. Jenny
