Do you have any references to a Henri NOEL. He is said to have come from Canada to New Orleans circa 1840s. He married a Louisa Turner there (?) and is in the 1850 census as having a son. His son Henry William NOEL born Mar 1845 in NO. I lose track of Henri after 1850 although I find his widow in Cincinnati with sons William, Joseph, and John. Last two sons born in Ohio.
