Hi Lynn: I'm not sure if there is a connect ion between Martha Melvina Morgan and your Morgan's. Martha Melvina Morgan showed up in an 1880 census for Benzie Co., MI. I believe Martha was born in either Vermont or Massachusetts. Your Morgan's could be her parents or they could be related some other way. I will keep you posted on what I discover. Thanks, Shannon

Hi, I am looking for information on my grandfather, MIKE SZURGOT. According to my dad's birth certificate, he was born cir. 1884. My dad was born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. I checked the census for 1920, but the only MIKE SZURGOT I found was too old to be the correct person. Is anyone also searching this surname? Or if anyone has information or tips on where I should go from here with my search, I would appreciate their suggestions. Thanks, Pat

I have been researching the Catholic WALTON lines which are primarily in PA. I know my WALTONs had Episcopalian branches and possibly Quaker branches but I have not been able to make those connections. The Catholic lines seem to have settled in PA (Wayne, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties), New York (Kingston, Amsterdam). At the present time I have accumulated information on the Catholic WALTON but naturally I am interested in all aspects of the WALTON lines. I do not know of any connections, at this time with the Byberry WALTONS. It appears the Catholic line went from England to Ireland and then to the US. I do not have any information regarding the other branches that either remained in England or came to the United States. Looking for any and all information. Thanking you all in advance. Regards, Walton J. Sullivan
