My ggggrandfather was HENRY ROGERS (1787-1835) was probably born in North Carolina. He came to Green County Ga and later to Columbus and La Grange. He was a sherrif in one of those counties, not sure which. He married in Troupe County Ga, ALLELUIAH LOVE dtr of COL. DAVID LOVE who fought in the Revolutionary War. The Loves lived in Green County, Ga. I am seeking the FATHER of HENRY ROGERS. Henry is buried in the Rogers family cemetary in La Grange, but no one buried there is the right age for a father.
