Hi Folks, I am wondering if someone might be able to either tell me or direct me to a source of information where I could find out the meaning of the surname Dölger. Most people in America spell it Doelger. Our family has taken it one step further and spells it Dellger (soft g). My ancestors came from northern Bavaria (Kleinwallstadt).
