Tina I found the marriage record for Sarah Surgener on the Whitley Co. genweb site. On any record I have found for her and on family records I've been given she always listed her birthplace as KY. On some family records that I was given the surname Ward was listed with her name. ie; Sarah Surgener Ward. So I have wondered if she was married before to a man named Ward. Many of the family records have proven not to be true so I've never looked into the name Ward. Maybe its time to do that. She was born in 1833 so in 1850 she would have been abt. 18. Thanks, Joyce
