RootsWeb does not allow postings to mail lists that have not had the HTML or RTF formats turned off. If list subscribers have not done so, or don't know how to change their settings, please go to http://www.rootsweb.com/rootsweb/listowners/html-off.htm and choose the web source/sources you are using for your email and follow the instructions.
