I have added 1790 Montgomery Co., VA, tax list to the 1790 VA census index and added a bit more to the "Chronological" page at the end of page 3 = 1780's-1800. Also discovered a SURGENER message board at FTM's site: http://genforum.genealogy.com/surgener/ as well as a message board on Ancestry's site.
